Noosa River park and play

It’s Noosa’s greatest natural asset and it’s right on your doorstep, just an easy 80 metre stroll from Coco Bay Resort. Meander along the esplanade taking in the natural beauty, stop and say hello to the resident pelicans and ducks in the river, and let the kids enjoy our best playgrounds. Stop for lunch at the Noosa Boathouse for fish and chips on the river’s shore or take your pick from the many restaurants and cafes.

BBQ boat hire

One of the best activities you can do when you stay in Noosa is hire a BBQ boat and cruise down the Noosa River at your leisure. There are multiple boat hire options along Gympie Terrace that suit your cruising style and preference, but our recommendation would be to pack lunch and hire a BBQ Boat. These boats are like a travelling pontoon, comfortable with the shade of a canopy and easy to drive with no boat licence required. Find a quiet spot to pull up and enjoy life on the river. Swim, sand, float or fish. The choice is yours.
