The world famous Noosa main beach is 3 kms along Noosa Parade. To get there, take the bus directly across the road from us or a leisurely 30 minute stroll.

I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone. It was all my girlfriend and I were looking for our little holiday. Well located. Restaurants walk distance and main beach just an easy drive will do. The place was very comfortable and facilities were more than perfect.

Having stayed at Coco Bay on multiple occasions now this places gets better and better. We loved your accommodation. Very reasonably priced, Coco Bay is must visit resort in Noosaville. We’ve had an amazing stay – we will be back up again soon!
A GREAT PLACE TO RELAX
We have been going to Coco Bay for over 15 years and have witnessed the changes to Noosaville and Coco Bay. The Coco Bay units have always been our favourite destination for family, friend or just a couples holiday away. On our most recent trip we found the Managers to be efficient, friendly and accommodating. The service included same day repairs, a well maintained site and BBQ area. The units are well appointed and comfortable. The Coco Bay is handy to the Supermarket, restaurants and cafes in Noosaville. The Noosa River is an easy stroll away and we found that a walk beside the river was a great way to start and finish the day. A relaxing holiday that went too fast.
AN OLD FAVOURITE
This place is an old favourite, we keep coming back. Looks very nice, it’s family oriented. Palm trees and the french looking townhouses are very relaxing. The current managers are very welcoming and friendly. Location is great – you are just a gentle stroll from Gympie Terrace, the river and lots of shops and restaurants.
Our nearest airport is the Sunshine Coast airport at Maroochydore (MCY), 30 minutes south of us by car. Alternatively you can fly into Brisbane (BNE) and drive up the highway to reach us in 1.5 hrs. Airport transfers or car hire can be arranged for you by contacting us with your flight details.
