Markets have long been part of our culture to source fresh, local produce, absorb the sense of community, and enjoy the weekend morning. Nowadays they are popular once again and Noosa has a great array of produce and craft markets each with a different atmosphere to soak in.

From fresh produce markets at the Noosa Farmers Market, to the famous Eumundi Markets, to the small village markets and twilight street food markets, find your place to market on your next visit to Noosa.

Noosa Marina Markets

The Noosa Marina Markets offer an easy market to wonder on a Sunday morning in an idyllic setting – on the deck, overlooking the Noosa River. Take your time strolling around the many market stalls, where a variety of locally made craft items can be found along with the freshest of local produce. The atmosphere is alive with music and entertainment from local and interstate musicians. Stay for breakfast or lunch with one of the many restaurants overlooking the Noosa River or Marina.

Just a few minutes’ drive from your stay at Coco Bay Resort, or hop on the Noosa Ferry from your closest stop wherever you are along Gympie Terrace on the Noosa River esplanade.

Noosa Farmers Market

Noosa’s premier farmers and producers market is just a few minutes from your stay at Coco Bay Resort! Every Sunday from the early start of 6am, make your way to the Noosa Farmers Market for fresh fruit and produce, a refreshing breakfast juice, coffee and morning pastry. Take home some gourmet homemade preserves or jams, cured meats or simply go for the local atmosphere! Plenty of parking around the AFL ground.

Noosa Junction Twilight Markets

Under the stars tucked into Arcadia Street is the place to be for both locals and visitors every Friday and Saturday night, for the vibing Noosa Junction Twilight Markets. Right from the get-go, there’s been a lotta love for this market, that brings our community together to meet up, mingle, taste, sip, dance, browse, shop and chill in a happy, harmonious way. These markets are all about the street food and live music – a fun place to hang before heading to one of the local bars or restaurants in the happening Noosa Junction.

The Original Eumundi Markets

Renowned for its locally made artisan treasures there’s no other market quite like it. The Original Eumundi Markets is the biggest and the best artisan market in Australia. And it stacks up to its claim! You’ll need a solid few hours to get through the rows of market stalls, taste exotic foods from around the world, enjoy the stellar live music options and maybe even get a massage or your future told.

There is truly something for everyone here and it’s the perfect place to find a quirky gift or ‘just the thing’ you’ve been looking for. Rain, hail or shine, the markets are held every Wednesday 8am to 2pm and Saturdays 7am to 2pm. The market car park is located on Napier Road with a small fee, or street parking is also available.

Pomona Country Markets

Pomona is a quaint hinterland town an easy 30 minute drive from Noosaville. It has a great atmosphere with cafes, a country hotel, distillery, art galleries, and a cute country market. The Pomona Country Markets are held every Saturday from 7am to 11.30am. Stock up on local organic produce, grab a coffee or a chai and have a browse at some of the wonderful stalls that support small, local family businesses. There’s even live music from 8.30am to 11.30am.

It’s well worth the drive for a great local Noosa hinterland country town experience.

Peregian Beach Markets

The Peregian Beach Markets are held on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month, in the beautiful surroundings of Peregian Park. Well-known for the variety of art, craft, upcycled, recycled, created, manufactured, handmade, homegrown, organic and fair-trade finds, you’ll be amazed at the creative quality at these markets.

A great place to pick up a gift or new outfit, enjoy a relaxing massage, find unique homewares, you’ll easily spend the morning browsing the stalls from 7am until 12.30pm. Enjoy a coffee, listen to the buskers, and soak up the Peregian Village atmosphere. Continue browsing the boutique shops in the Village after the markets or take a swim at the patrolled beach. You can even bring the skateboard or bike for the kids to enjoy the skatepark.
