Hire a BBQ pontoon boat on Noosa River

The best way to explore Noosa River is to hire a boat, you can find a range of deluxe pontoons, barbeque pontoons or self-drive hire along Noosaville. Best of all no experience or boat licence is required.

Enjoy boating, fishing or just relax as you cruise the river, taking in the beautiful scenery and perhaps even spotting river wildlife. One of the best things about hiring a pontoon boat is that you explore the waterways at your own pace and create your own adventure.

Stop at one of the many sandbanks along Noosa River to enjoy a BBQ, swim or picnic. Hiring a pontoon boat is a fun way to experience a boating Noosa holiday.

Noosa River boat hire services include Terrace Marina Boat Hire (closest proximity to Coco Bay Resort), U Drive Boat Hire, Pelican Boat Hire and Eco-Noosa.

Swim at stunning beaches

Noosa Main Beach

Our pristine environment is one of the main reasons why people love visiting Noosa Heads, and why it has been named a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.

Unwind and dive into the crystal-clear waters of Laguna Bay surrounded by the backdrop of Noosa National Park. Pristine Noosa Main Beach has calm conditions and gentle waves that make it the perfect beach for families to swim and learn to surf. The beach is patrolled by lifeguards year-round.

Noosa Spit Recreation Reserve

Located where the Noosa River meets Laguna Bay, this unpatrolled sandy reserve provides a quiet place to escape the crowds and enjoy a swim or paddleboard. Access Noosa Spit at the northern end of Hastings Street. Be careful of rips near the river mouth and strong tidal currents.

We suggest always swimming between the flags, so you can be sure that you are in an area that is safe for swimming.
